If there are any reasons why characters should move on the tier list, show me why.
[Bongo: Egg Lay is a decent move, it traps an enemy in a certain position for a while, but is bad due to how slow it is. Egg Roll is Bongo's best move by far, it does rapid damage while rushing the enemy down, and also serves as a mobility tool. Egg Throw is a bad projectile, it stops your movement, it's slow, does only decent damage. Yoshi Bomb is useful as a movement option more than an attack option, you jump really high when you use this move and it's practically a recovery. Bongo's only drawback is characters who can counter rush down characters.
[Big Bro: Fireball is absolutely useless and should not be used at any time, it has really short rane and even when it does hit, it does little damage. Cape is a really nice melee attack, it's safe, you can move while using it, it turns opponents around, and it has decent damage output. Super Jump Punch is less prefered for the damage, but more for mobility and escaping opponents. You can use this move to dodge enemies while you're supposed to be frozen, like when Bighead uses Sing, or Bongo uses Egg Lay. F.L.U.D.D honestly shouldn't exist, there's no practical use to it. The only thing that sets Big Bro low is the lack of mobility options. Big Bro is very slow and has no moves that can increase his speed, he often gets left behind when battling.]
[Roadkill: Thunder Jolt is a useless projectile that shouldn't be used, it stops you when you use it, and it has no range and little damage. Skull Bash is OK, the movement isn't great but damage output is decent. It is a really strong tool against rush down characters. It also lets you float in the air for a moment when used. Quick Attack is one of if not THE best movement option in the game, it is very quick, and you can easily control where you go. It is also very spammable and can get you out of a lot of usually bad situations. You never know where Roadkill will go when he uses Quick Attack because he turns invisible. Thunder is a very situational move, it is really good when enemies are right next to you, when it hits, it packs a punch. I wouldn't say it is game breaking.]
[McCloud: Blaster is a useless projectile, as it lacks range or damage. Fox Illusion is a really good horizontal mobility tool, it does decent damage, and is spammable. Fire Fox is an OK recovery move, only use is mobility. Reflector is useless as it is very slow, has a long cooldown, and does little damage as has little range. McCloud has good mobility and a good kit of attacks.]
[Mr. Robot: Charge Shot is a decent charge projectile. It can be used up close to catch enemies who use melee attacks off guard and maybe secure a kill. Missile is another decent projectile, it's fast, does decent damage, but is hard to really land a hit with. Screw Attack is a good melee attack, but is usually used for mobility. Bomb is very good in up close combat, which is why its better for melee than Screw Attack; It is often preferred. The only drawbacks to Mr. Robot is that he cannot handle fighting rush down characters like Sonic and Bongo, and his mobility options are limited.
[Lil Bro: Fireball is the same as Big Bro's, useless. Green Missile is similar to Roadkill's Skull Bash, but has a chance to misfire, dealing way more damage than usual. Super Jump Punch should only be used for mobility, and it honestly has an amazing vertical speed, too bad Lil Bro has no horizontal options. Luigi Cyclone is a strong multihit that has a slight cooldown but decent damage, this move would be really good if it wasn't for the cooldown. Lil Bro has no horizontal movement options, so he gets left behind when fighting. He can handle most rushdown characters.
[Dominus Empyreus: Hero's Bow is good against rush down characters, but it is hard to aim. The cooldown is also very long, so you'll most likely get hit while reloading. Gale Boomerang is a decent projectile that can do decent damage. You will need to use this after Hero's Bow to maximize damage output. Spin Attack is a move like Super Jump Punch where its less prefered for damage, but more for mobility purposes. Bomb is a decent spacing tool. It does decent damage and has good range. It's better than all of Dominus' other projectiles. Dominus has really slow mobility and like Big Bro, has no way to help his horizontal speed.]
[Cubey: Inhale is very situational, but if you can copy a really good neutral special, it's fair game. Hammer Flip is not good and shouldn't be used. It has a really long start up and long end lag, and the damage isn't as good as it should be. Final Cutter is ok, it has bad damage, but you can dodge attacks using it. Stone is a pretty good melee attack, it's fast, does decent damage. The only drawback is the lack of movement when used. You can get punished pretty hard if you miss. Cubey has slow horizontal movement, but has many jumps and can camp at very high places in stages and time enemies out.]
[King Kong: Giant Punch is a decent melee attack, it is hard to aim and is pretty slow however. Headbutt should not be used at any cost, it is a low range, low damage, high end lag. Really useless move. Spinning Kong is good for mobility, rather than damage. Hand Slap is another useless move, really slow, little to no damage. It is just there without a purpose. King Kong lacks any mobility options and loses to rush down characters.]
